Last time, I mentioned that the clothlike film is composed of a perforated breathable bottom film and non-woven fabric. Advanced perforation technology is used to make the backsheet more breathable, and the role of non-woven fabric is to make the backsheet more solid and prevent urine leakage.

The structure of Clothlike diapers from top to bottom is the Top layer, ADL, the upper wrapping cloth, the absorbent core composed of wood pulp and SAP, the lower wrapping cloth, and the clothlike film. Other structures include elastic waistband, Magic tape, frontal tape, Leak guard (also called prevention leakage), and leg cuff.

Why are the prices of Clothlike diapers on the market still so different? Let me tell you the difference from the structural aspect first.

1. ADL. Some diapers will add a ADL, while some diapers do not have a ADL. Common colors of ADL are white, green and blue. We can tell the green and blue ADL at a glance, and the white ADL is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. The size of the ADL will also affect the cost of diapers

2. SAP, the most important thing about a diaper is SAP, because SAP is needed to absorb urine. The amount of SAP determines the absorption capacity of a diaper, which also affects the price of diapers

3. Elastic waistband, some diapers use a large elastic waistband, some use a small elastic waistband, and some diapers use a cheaper material as an elastic waistband. The cheapest is of course without an elastic waistband

4. Magic Tape, Magic tape is divided into S-type and T-type, and their force-bearing areas are different. S-type Magic tape is more expensive, and T-type Magic tape will be cheaper. At the same time, you can also observe the size of the Magic tape

5. Frontal tape, when using magic tape, the frontal tape is dispensable, because magic tape can be directly attached to the backsheet, so baby diapers without frontal tape are definitely cheaper
